Change Begins with Choice
At the risk of appearing to scrape, I'd really like to add another one from Jim Rohn, who is one of my favorite motivators. He is a real mentor. and a wise man.
Change Begins with Choice
by Jim Rohn
Any day we wish, we can discipline ourselves to change it all. Any day we wish, we can open the book that will open our mind to new knowledge. Any day we wish, we can start a new activity. Any day we wish, we can start the process of life change. We can do it immediately, or next week, or next month, or next year.
We can also do nothing. We can pretend rather than perform. And if the idea of having to change ourselves makes us uncomfortable, we can remain as we are. We can choose rest over labor, entertainment over education, delusion over truth, and doubt over confidence. The choices are ours to make. But while we curse the effect, we continue to nourish the cause. As Shakespeare uniquely observed, “The fault is not in the stars, but in ourselves.” We created our circumstances by our past choices. We have both the ability and the responsibility to make better choices beginning today. Those who are in search of the good life do not need more answers or more time to think things over to reach better conclusions. They need the truth. They need the whole truth. And they need nothing but the truth.
We cannot allow our errors in judgment, repeated every day, to lead us down the wrong path. We must keep coming back to those basics that make the biggest difference in how our life works out. And then we must make the very choices that will bring life, happiness and joy into our daily lives.
And if I may be so bold to offer my last piece of advice for someone seeking and needing to make changes in their life: If you don’t like how things are, change it! You’re not a tree. You have the ability to totally transform every area in your life. And it all begins with your very own power of choice.

Let it be You
I love the wisdom of Jim Rohn, and here is another about being you, not someone else..
Let it be You
by Jim Rohn
Each and every day, there are people all around the
country and world who are living their dreams. Millionaires are made every day.
Families are experiencing tremendous relationships. People are becoming more
and more healthy. Life-long learners are growing intellectually and improving
their chances for success.
The fact is that living the life of your dreams is
possible. People prove that every day. Someone somewhere is going to get rich,
get healthy and improve their life. My recommendation is this: Let it be you!
Have you ever wanted to make more money? Have you ever
looked at someone who has money and wished that it could be you? People think
about getting wealthy all of the time, when only a small percentage actually
does. But any of the masses could.
Someone is going to start a business. Someone is going to
make a great investment. Someone is going to begin the journey to great wealth.
So why not let it be you?
Someone is going to decide to improve their
relationships. Someone is going to enjoy love with their family. Someone is
going to schedule some meaningful time with their friends. So why not let it be
you?
Someone is going to go back to school to improve their
life. Someone is going to become a life-long learner. Someone is going to set a
goal to read a book or listen to a cd each week for the next year. So why not
let it be you?
Someone is going to look in the mirror and see that they
need to lose a little weight and they will make the decision to become healthy.
Someone will run their first marathon. Someone will join an aerobics class and
improve their health. Why not let it be you?

The Top 25 Network Marketing Companies
by The Staff at Nexera™ LLC
by The Staff at Nexera™ LLC
Who are the Top 25 Network Marketing
Companies? Well, it really depends on how
you define "The Top 25..." As you might imagine,
the truth can be a bit subjective. For example...
The best-selling car in the
World is the
Toyota
Corolla. Apparently it's a great car, and
yet at the same time is probably not
the car of your dreams. Which begs the question,
"Does an MLM company deserve a higher ranking
simply because more people are involved?"
It's a fair question. Here's what we know for
sure: Popularity is
definitely one of the best ways to determine what's
going on in the marketplace. It plays a part in the
movies we see, the music we download, and
sometimes even where we invest our
money.
So is "The Top 25..." just an
online popularity contest? Not exactly. To make
a fair assessment we gave consideration to
things that really don't matter; for
instance, 24 of the 25 companies are
members of the
DSA. And to things that really do
matter; like Time In Business!
In short, we wanted
you to know the exact criteria we
used in order to select, and then to rank,
"The Top 25..." You may agree with our findings,
or you may not; we welcome your thoughts and
opinions either way. Here's the Nexera
Five-Factor Formula we used to make our
selections:
1) The company must be a self-described
Network Marketing, Multi Level, or MLM company.
2) The company must be in business for at least 10 years as of December 31, 2012.*
3) The company must have a Google Page Rank - GPR. A scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being best.
4) The company must have an Alexa Rank - AR. Here the smaller the number the better.
5) The company must show up in Google Trends - GT. All Regions. Last 12 months.**
The five factors above are
taken into account at the end of each quarter,
and then a ranking decision is made. As of
September 30, 2012, The Top 25 Network
Marketing Companies
are:
| Company | Time In Business | GPR - AR - GT |
| 1. Amway | 1959 - 53 Years | 6 - 8,556 - 2.18 |
| 2. Melaleuca | 1985 - 27 Years | 5 - 10,797 - 0.44 |
| 3. USANA | 1992 - 20 Years | 6 - 12,424 - 0.44 |
| 4. Nu Skin | 1984 - 28 Years | 6 - 12,527 - 0.20 |
| 5. Isagenix | 2002 - 10 Years | 3 - 15,591 - 0.20 |
| 6. Forever Living | 1978 - 34 Years | 5 - 17,178 - 0.42 |

Moral Compensation an Interview with Bob Proctor
Moral
Compensation
Interview with Bob Proctor
By John Milton
Fogg
I've written (and said) many
times that everything I know about Network Marketing I learned from somebody
else. I love learning and I love learners-- those thinking men and women whose
lives are devoted to knowledge. And I've never met a learner who didn't give
more than he got. Such is the case with Bob Proctor-- he is a master student,
and more, a master of a teacher.
I take notes when Bob speaks
(and I usually never do that), because there're always three or five insightful,
thought-provoking, immediately useful things he says that I don't ever want to
forget.
Since the following interview
is already written down for you, you don't have to take notes. But I'd sure
recommend reading with a high-lighter in hand. As usual, when Proctor speaks,
leaders listen. Enjoy
-- JMF
Robert, you have an extensive background in corporate America, in
teaching and training those people. What attracted you into Network
Marketing?
A doctor I have tremendous
respect for got involved with a Network Marketing company. It was seeing his
picture in a Network Marketing magazine that brought the industry to my
attention and caused me to take a look at it from a totally different
perspective.
What was the basis of your respect for him?

To become what you think about, take Earl Nightingale’s 30-day test. It could change your life:
1. Write on a card what you want more than anything. Make sure it is a single goal and it is clearly defined.

2. Don’t show it to anyone, but carry it with you so you can look at it several times a day.
3. Think about it in a cheerful, relaxed and positive way each morning when you wake up.
4. Look at it before you go to bed at night. As you look at it, remember you must become what you think about.
5. Now comes the difficult part: Stop thinking about what you fear. Each time a fearful or negative thought comes into your consciousness, replace it with a mental picture of your positive and worthwhile goal.
6. Each day of this 30-day test, do more than you have to do.
7. Take control of your mind, knowing your returns will be in direct proportion to what you give.

The
Key to Winning by Denis
Waitley
(excerpted from Becoming
an Authentic MVP)
People often ask me, what is the most critical attribute of a winner
in life? Without hesitation, I answer that believing you deserve to win is the
key. If you believe in your dreams when they’re all you have to hang onto, you
begin to try. If you feel you have potential or talent, you’ll invest in it. If
you believe you’re worth the effort, you’ll put in the time and energy. If you
think you can, you’ll learn how.
Healthy self-esteem is perhaps the most important and basic quality
of a winning human being. You want to be able to say: “I like myself. Given my
parents and my background, I’m glad I’m me. I realize I may not be the
best-looking in the group, but I always look and do my best in every group. I’d

Confidence - You Only Sell You by Denis Waitley
Here is very good article on confidence.
Confidence - You Only Sell You by Denis Waitley
Confidence - You Only Sell You by Denis Waitley
In my opinion, there is nothing more important
than your belief in your own potential for success and happiness,
regardless of your age, gender, ethnicity, looks, education or
background. The truth is, every day "You only sell you. You don’t
sell products or a business concept. You sell the value of the
person offering the products and services. The decision of the
buyer
is based on the value of the seller. Just as products are branded
as
"the best", "cheap", "ineffective", "trustworthy" or "unreliable",
so, too, are individuals branded by others as "winners" or
"also-rans." Who you are shots so loudly, that people either can’t
hear, don’t want to hear, or listen carefully to what you are
saying. Everybody loves a winner, and we all want to buy from
winners who pass their own value on to us.

Evaluating Your Associations by Jim Rohn
I’d like for us to take a look at the power of influence in our lives and how it is possible to be nudged off course a little at a time until finally, we find ourselves asking, "How did I get here?"
We should ask ourselves three key questions:
1) "Who am I around?" You've got to evaluate everybody who is able to influence you in any way.
2) "What are these associations doing to me?" That's a major question to ask. “What have they got me doing, listening to, reading, thinking and feeling?” You've got to make a serious study of how others are influencing you, both negatively and positively.
3) "Is that okay?" Maybe everyone you associate with has been a positive, energizing influence. Then again, maybe there are some bad apples in the bunch. All I'm suggesting here is that you take a close and objective look. Everything is worth a second look, especially the power of influence. Both will take you somewhere, but only one will take you in the direction you need to go.
Only then can we discuss three ways to handle associations or relationships that are holding you back.
1) Disassociate. This is not an easy decision, nor something you should take lightly, but in some cases it may be essential. You may just have to make the hard choice not to let certain negative influences affect you anymore. It could be a choice that preserves the quality of your life.
2) Limited association. Spend major time with major influences and minor time with minor influences. It is easy to do just the opposite, but don't fall into that trap. Take a look at your priorities and your values. We have so little time at our disposal. Wouldn't it make sense to invest it wisely?
3) Expanding your associations. This is the one I suggest you focus on the most. Find other successful people that you can spend more time with. Invite them to lunch (pick up the tab) and ask them how they have achieved so much or what makes them successful. Now, this is not just about financial success; it can be someone who you want to learn from about having a better marriage, being a better parent, having better health or a stronger spiritual life.
It is called association on purpose—getting around the right people by expanding your circle of influence. And when you do that, you will naturally limit the relationships that are holding you back. Give it a try and see for yourself.

What you have just seen, you will never forget.
His name is Bill. He has wild hair, wears a T-shirt with holes in it, jeans, and no shoes. This was literally his wardrobe for his entire four years of college. He became a Christian while attending college. Across the street from the campus is a very conservative church where the members are well-dressed. They want to develop a ministry to the students, but are not sure how to go about it.
One day Bill decides to go there. He walks in wearing jeans, his T-shirt with the holes, and his wild hair. The service has already started so he starts down the aisle looking for a seat. The church is completely packed and he can’t find a spot.
By now, the people are beginning to look at him and watch his progress down the

TEN GUIDELINES FROM GOD
1. QUIT WORRYING:
Life has dealt you a blow and all you do is sit
and worry. Have you forgotten that I am here
to take all your burdens and carry them for you?
Or do you just enjoy fretting over every little
thing that comes your way?
2. PUT IT ON THE LIST:
Something needs done or taken care of. Put it
on the list. No, not YOUR list. Put it on MY
to-do-list. Let ME be the one to take care
of the problem. I can't help you until you turn
it over to Me. And although My to-do-list
is long, I am after all... God. I can take care
of anything you put into My hands. In fact,
if the truth were ever really known, I take
care of a lot of things for you that you never
even realize.
3. TRUST ME:
Once you've given your burdens to Me,
quit trying to take them back. Trust in
Me. Have the faith that I will take care of
all your needs, your problems and your trials.
Problems with the kids? Put them on My list.
Problem with finances? Put it on My list.
Problems with your emotional roller coaster?
For My sake, put it on My list. I want to
help you. All you have to do is ask.
4. LEAVE IT ALONE:
Don't wake up one morning and say,
"Well, I'm feeling much stronger now, I think
I can handle it from here." Why do you think
you are feeling stronger now? It's simple.
You gave Me your burdens and I'm taking
care of them. I also renew your strength
and cover you in my peace. Don't you
know that if I give you these problems back,
you will be right back where you started?
Leave them with Me and forget about
them. Just let Me do my job.
5. TALK TO ME:
I want you to forget a lot of things.
Forget what was making you crazy.
Forget the worry and the fretting because
you know I'm in control. But there's one
thing I pray you never forget. Please, don't
forget to talk to Me - OFTEN! I love YOU!
I want to hear your voice. I want you to
include Me in on the things going on in your life.
I want to hear you talk about your friends
and family. Prayer is simply you having
a conversation with Me. I want to be your
dearest friend.
6. HAVE FAITH:
I see a lot of things from up here that you
can't see from where you are. Have faith in
Me that I know what I'm doing. Trust Me;
you wouldn't want the view from My eyes.
I will continue to care for you, watch over you,
and meet your needs. You only have to trust Me.
Although I have a much bigger task than you,
it seems as if you have so much trouble just
doing your simple part. How hard can trust be?
7. SHARE:
You were taught to share when you were
only two years old. When did you forget?
That rule still applies. Share with those who are
less fortunate than you. Share your joy with
those who need encouragement. Share your
laughter with those who haven't heard any in
such a long time. Share your tears with those
who have forgotten how to cry. Share your faith
with those who have none.
8. BE PATIENT:
I managed to fix it so in just one lifetime
you could have so many diverse experiences.
You grow from a child to an adult, have children,
change jobs many times, learn many trades,
travel to so many places, meet thousands
of people, and experience so much. How can
you be so impatient then when it takes Me
a little longer than you expect to handle
something on My to-do-list? Trust in My
timing, for My timing is perfect. Just
because I created the entire universe in
only six days, everyone thinks I should
always rush, rush, rush.
9. BE KIND:
Be kind to others, for I love them just
as much as I love you. They may not dress
like you, or talk like you, or live the same way
you do, but I still love you all. Please try
to get along, for My sake. I created each
of you different in some way. It would be
too boring if you were all identical.
Please, know I love each of your differences.
10. LOVE YOURSELF:
As much as I love you, how can you not
love yourself? You were created by me for
one reason only -- to be loved, and to love
in return. I am a God of Love. Love Me.
Love your neighbors. But also love yourself.
It makes My heart ache when I see you
so angry with yourself when things go
wrong. You are very precious to me.
Don't you ever forget that......
Note: I received this from a friend and I have
no idea who wrote it, but I was so touched
by it, that I had to share it with you.
I hope that you will be blessed by
it and will share it with others.
Touch someone with your love.
Rather than focus upon the thorns of life,
smell the roses and count your blessings!

Business on the Gridiron, Business and Football Comparison
Your business can learn a lot from the game of football.
From a broad view, it’s easy to describe the goal in football and in business, just win the championship, and just be No 1 in your business. That’s easy to get your head around. It’s when you start drilling down into the details that the real similarities for achieving victory in business and victory in football begin to emerge.
Winning the championship in football could equate to being No1 in business, and there are some very closely related traits that No1 teams and No 1 businesses have in common. The largest factor in the success of these is having a
